The South African registered Aid-4-Africa Foundation is a completely independent South African organisation incorporated under Section 21 of the South African Companies Act, 1973.

The Aid-4-Africa Foundation is closely affiliated, but has no legal connection by association or otherwise, to the relatively new Aid-4-Africa NGO that was recently formalized in the early part of 2004. The Aid-4-Africa International NGO registration number is: J/DS/UN/VSS 295703

Aid-4-Africa is registered in Seattle , USA , as an International NGO and is part of the global Aid-4 group of NGO's based in Bahnhofstrasse, Postfach, Zurich , Switzerland .

The Headquarters for Administration and Funding of the Aid-4 group of NGO's is based at Connal Building ,
34 West George Street , Glasgow , G2 1DL. Scotland , UK .

The global Aid-4 group of NGO's has to date registered Aid-4-Africa, Aid-4-Europe, Aid-4-Brazil, and Aid-4-India. Other Aid-4 NGO's will continue to be registered with the passage of time.

The Aid-4-Africa Foundation works in close association with numerous substantially endowed international charitable foundations to promote social upliftment and transfer maximum benefit of the funder's resources to the "man/woman/child in the street". The Aid-4-Africa Foundation's particular core of expertise lies in the alignment of specific project needs to the most suitable foundation, and preparing solicited "designer submissions” in the particular style and format required by the specific funder.
